Even here different Base Materials are used: phenolic, epoxy, ceramic and aluminum. These are not plated through hole (NPTH).

We start to speak of professional PCB if made using epoxy base material and with plated through holes (PTH). The base material is standard FR4 ​​with TG of 135 °. For applications that require higher TG, we have available it in several value: 150 ° - 180 ° - and high TG 200 °.

Where it is required an higher thermal dissipation, we can use HTC base materials or Thermal Clad. Both of these two categories can be used for any application.
