Certifications

The production units all have their own process and product certifications. With the use of common production criteria it is often possible to use production equipment in multiple production sites, in relation to the lot or the required delivery speed.

PROCESS CERTIFICATIONS

Each company is independent and owns its approvals.

All productions, unless otherwise requested, are RoHs and Reach Compliant.

UL approval for rigid printed circuit boards.
UL approval for flexible printed circuits.
UL approval for Rigid/Flxible circuit boards
UL approval for aluminum printed circuit boards
Approval for printed circuit boards ISO 9001:2000
Approval for printed circuit boards IATF: 16949:2016

The UL approval allows the use of printed circuit boards where CE marking is required or for export to the US and Canadian markets.

The ISO9001 quality system guarantees monitoring of production processes, up to the confirmation of customer satisfaction, who are guaranteed the application of internal procedures, with the aim of creating products that comply with agreed high quality standards.

The ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System Certification was developed by the ISO committee and the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) to ensure the supply of products and services intended for installation on vehicles to US and European vehicle manufacturers.

This requirement is extended to the entire supply chain of components and services and constitutes an important discriminating factor for the permanence of companies in the supply chain itself. The ISO/TS 16949 specification, based on the ISO 9001 standard, represents a unified scheme that surpasses the schemes previously defined by manufacturers such as QS 9000, VDA 6.1, AVSQ, EAQF, which are no longer used as certification schemes or are about to expire.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATION

Each production batch or each delivery, by default, is accompanied by the following certifications and laboratory tests, as well as all those made in the factory and archived with traceability.

Electrical Test (from the original gerber net list) 100% of the lot
Test/test certificate On each delivery
Certificate of conformity On each delivery
Microsections On each delivery
Weldability test On each delivery
Date of production (week and year) On the solder resist or silkscreen

Code and circuit revision As in the original gerbers
Manufacturer's Mark On the solder resist or silkscreen
UL manufacturer On solder resist or screen printing

Upon specific request, the following control additions can be added:
- Sample for welding test
- Ionic contamination analysis
- Controlled Impedance Certification
- Mechanical drawing with the real dimensions found.
-PPAP level2 or level3.
-IMDS
