Process Certifications
Each Elmab production unit operates independently, holding specific approvals and certifications.
- All productions comply with RoHS and REACH, unless otherwise specified.
- UL approval for rigid, flexible, rigid-flex, and aluminum printed circuits, essential for CE marking and export to US and Canadian markets.
- ISO 9001:2000 certification, ensuring monitoring of production processes until customer satisfaction confirmation.
- IATF 16949:2016 certification, developed to ensure the supply of products and services to vehicle manufacturers in Europe and the USA, extending requirements to the entire supply chain.
- These certifications not only confirm our ability to adhere to high-quality standards but also represent a crucial distinguishing factor for our presence in the automotive supply chain.
Product Certifications
For each production batch or delivery, we default provide the following certifications and laboratory tests, ensuring full traceability:
- Electrical test (based on the original Gerber netlist) for 100% of the batch.
- Certificate of conformity for each delivery.
- Microsections, solderability tests, and production date printed on the solder mask or silkscreen.
Upon specific request, additional checks can be added such as ionic contamination analysis, controlled impedance certification, mechanical drawing with actual dimensions found, PPAP level 2 or 3, and IMDS.
